Oil Substitutes

Beetroot Cacao brownies

Replace 1/4 Cup coconut oil with:

- 1/4 Cup finely mashed avocado + 2 Tablespoons water, or

- 1/4 Cup coconut yoghurt (we recommend Raglan Food Co's Greek style yoghurt!)


Ginger Buckwheat cookies

Replace 1/4 Cup coconut oil with:

- 3 Tablespoons apple puree, or 

- 3 Tablespoons coconut yoghurt 

N.B. With these replacements, you will need to bake the cookies for longer to achieve a nice crunch
